Daydream really lives up to its name. Such a lovely little shop in Tamraght with beautiful rugs and pottery, plus great coffee. I love grabbing an oat flat white and sitting outside in the sunshine, just watching the day go by. Bri, the owner, is super friendly and makes it feel so welcoming. One of those places you keep coming back to

The BEST coffee and bakes An all round beautiful atmosphere with great company all the time. A lovely spot to meet people or to work or to simply just relax. The coffees are amazing, ice latte being my personal favourite. And the daily baked goods are stunning too. You’ll find loads of beautiful items instore too, from gorgeous bowls and jewellery to T-shirts and home furnishings. Overall, a beautiful and calm space to be in.

Yet another new modern style coffee stop you might think, but this one’s a little different… with added matcha! Back home where I’m from in the UK they are queuing up patiently for the oat milk matcha craze and here in the little village of Tamraght the European tourists are doing exactly the same at this joint. Everyone seemed to be ordering it, and although it’s more expensive than regular coffee, I would say it’s good value for money compared to Europe. We enjoyed an Americano and a cappuccino and must say the serving style was outstanding. Just seemed to be a premium quality, from the cups and spoons used, to the perfect leaf pattern on the top of the cappuccino. The service from the staff was super friendly and the two guys were very professional. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a bit too busy, lots of hussel and bussel of people coming in and out of you wanted a quiet place to relax. Plus inside the cafe it only had a few seats as their home store good overtook almost all the inside area, I think it would be far more beneficial for the business and for the atmosphere to take away some of this and add a few more tables and chairs inside, especially with winter coming up. This part of the street is also very busy with cars and people going up and down the hill, not it’s not really relaxing either outside. The music inside was also very nice, I liked it a lot. My friend and I took in our dominoes game and enjoyed a few rounds whist drinking our coffee. The place also shuts a little early, place was still really busy when they were trying close down, another change they could make to become more successful.
